Combatting Domestic Violence One Christian Faith Community at a Time
JBL MINISTRIES, INC. is a faith-based, non-profit organization established in January 2019. We work closely with churches (with a special emphasis on the Black Church) to prepare them for the delivery of effective pastoral care to persons within their sphere of influence, who have fallen prey to domestic abuse or intimate partner violence.
Through our programs, we seek to bring domestic violence awareness to a wider audience and ministry to the abused, the abuser, and the children who witness violence in their homes.
The ultimate goal of JBL MINISTRIES, INC. is to improve intimate and interpersonal relationships for all communities within the State of Maryland, starting at and emanating from the Household of Christian Faith.
